feat(ui): improve Amiibo selection UX

VewDev requested to merge VewDev/ryujinx:master into master

Improve the Amiibo selection UX by making the following changes:

  • If no series selected, display all available amiibos
  • Display Amiibos in a list in a dock on the left side, with the image of the selected one on the right, instead of a dropdown selector
  • Improve the "Only Amiibos available for this game" message clarity to make it more intuitive
