NFC Mifare Manager

This merge request aims to bring the nfc:mf:u system functions to Ryubing, and also add some UI elements for users that want to play the Skylanders game using Ryubing, and their own figure dumps. I tried to copy the format of the existing nfp/amiibo elements, but I imagine there will be more edits to be done, any feedback is welcome. If there are other games that use the nfc:mf:u sys module it would be cool to see some testing done here on this branch too.
