remap joy-cons

Joy-cons should be mapped in their horizontal layout, not their vertical layout.

Fixes single joy-con and dual joy-con inputs.

Also the right joy-con had inverted B/X button mappings, which has been fixed in the remap.

Side-effect: buttons now match their symbols in the input configuration window.
