Fractured Locales Support

lotp/ryujinx:Fractured-Locales into master
  • now loads all json files in /assets/Locales/ and converts them to LocaleKeys.
    • LocakeKeys now use the new format <file_name>_<key_name> unless the key is from Root.json, in which case it is still just <key_name>.
  • Langauges are now separated into a seperate Languages.json file, located in /assets/ with the langauge codes and names.
  • Explainer moved to Locales.md in /assets/.

TODO:

  • Update Explainer.
