Implement DPI awareness for X11/Xwayland

TO-DO: On Linux Avalonia seems to expect logical pixel dimensions in the window size/coordinates, so scaling by Program.WindowScaleFactor introduced here 21c41761 seems to be incorrect. I don't know how other platforms (Windows, macOS) behave yet, so this needs to be checked before merging. !165 (comment 1670)
