UI: Menubar & Game Context Menu Updates

The re-doing of !127 (closed), except with a couple of changes:

  • Reverted both "Load Application" and "Load Unpacked Game" icons to a "generic file" and "open folder" icons, respectively.
  • Adjusted an additional set of certain FAQ translations.
  • Added Russian translations to new elements.
  • Removed "Open LDN" option, which previously existed in !127 (closed).
