UI: Update Avalonia to 11.3.5, FluentAvalonia to 2.4.0

Updates Avalonia from 11.0.13 to 11.3.5, FluentAvalonia from 2.0.5 to 2.4.0, and Projecktanker.Icons.Avalonia from 9.4.0 to 9.6.2. Made the following emulator-specific adjustments due to the updates:

Avalonia (Changelog)

  • Fixed ComboBox (dropdown) code inserting extra space to the left of selected items
  • Fixed text on certain buttons being larger than normal

FluentAvalonia (Changelog)

  • Disabled NavigationView selection indicator animations due to bugged implementation in 2.1.0+, restoring previous behavior
  • Reverted FAColorPicker & FAColorPickerButton removal
