Small Fix: now it is enough to activate dirty hack in global settings for the option...

Goodfeat requested to merge Goodfeat/ryujinx:master_global_dirty_hack into master

Problem: If a custom configuration for the game is created, before activating the Dirty Hack in the global configuration, the tab does not appear in the custom setting. It is necessary to additionally activate it in the custom setting, or recreate the custom configuration.

Solution: This pull request fixes the activation of the Dirty Hack. Now it is enough to activate it in the global configuration
